For the clearest result, use the highest-resolution image available. Square or near-square compositions work especially well. Keep faces, text, monograms, and other important details away from the outer edges so there is room to refine or crop the layout.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for printing. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Share your image or idea, choose your mat thickness, and place your order. Our team will refine the composition and send a digital proof for review. Production begins only after you approve the design.
Because every custom mat is made for you, personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Custom orders move into production only after proof approval. Production and delivery timing vary by proof-review timing, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume. No specific arrival date, including Christmas delivery, is guaranteed.

The soft neoprene playing surface provides a comfortable, consistent area for moving and arranging tiles. The textured rubber backing helps keep the mat in place and helps soften tabletop noise.
Wipe clean using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry thoroughly before rolling or storing in a cool, dry place. Avoid bleach and prolonged direct sunlight to help protect the printed colors.
