Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my SipTile products?
Because we care deeply about rich colors and eco-conscious production, every SipTile playmat is custom-printed in small batches just for you.
- Custom Printing & Quality Check: 3–5 natural days
- Standard Shipping: 6–10 natural days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 9–15 natural days from the date you place your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking number as soon as your mat finishes printing and leaves our facility!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your item has finished its custom printing phase and is handed over to the carrier, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and order link.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
- US Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (Total delivery: 9–15 natural days).
- Canada Shipping: Standard international rates calculated at checkout (Total delivery: 10–16 natural days depending on customs clearance).

What are SipTile playmats made of?
Our playmats are crafted with 3mm thick, ultra-soft premium neoprene with a high-density natural rubber non-slip backing. The top surface features a smooth, luxurious fabric blend that allows your Mahjong tiles to glide seamlessly while keeping noise to a quiet, soothing whisper.
Will the playmat fit my coffee table or dining table?
Yes! Our signature square mats measure 21"x21" or 32"x32", which is perfectly proportioned for standard coffee tables, square dining tables, and outdoor patio setups. It gives you ample room for tiles, acrylic racks, and your favorite drinks.
Is the mat waterproof or stain-resistant for game night drinks?
We know that a great game night includes great drinks! Our mats feature a water-resistant top coating that repels minor spills. If wine or coffee spills, simply dab it immediately with a damp cloth or towel.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean and care for my neoprene playmat?
Spot cleaning with mild dish soap and warm water is all it takes! For a deeper refresh, hand wash gently in cold water and lay it flat in a shaded area to air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.
How should I store my mat when not in use?
o keep your mat crisp and wrinkle-free, we recommend rolling it up with the artwork facing outward. Store it in a cool, dry place or inside your SipTile travel pouch. Never fold the mat in half to prevent creasing.

Orders, Returns & Customization
What is your return policy?
We want you to fall in love with your game night setup! We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because our mats are custom-printed per order, please reach out to support@siptile.com to initiate a return. (Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged).
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! We inspect every item before it ships, but if anything slips through, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package with a quick photo at support@siptile.com. We will gladly print and ship a replacement right away at no extra charge.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our automated custom printing process begins shortly after an order is submitted (usually within 12 hours), please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an item has entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
